Network Rail operates and manages over 3000 stations nationally. The current inspection system (OPAS) is life-expired. Network Rail requires a replacement for the system with additional future-proof enhancements. There are 1400 unique types of assets with different attributes required.

BAMS has been designed by Network Rail over the past 3 years to deliver a new solution to OPAS. BAMS is a full asset management system allowing on-site digital inspections all the way to engineer sign-off.

• Designed to the Network Rail Standard: NR/L1/CIV/006/7A&7B.
• We have digitised 1400 types of assets each with their relevant attribute data.
• The data is saved in real-time allowing the reviewer STE2/STE1 to have instant access to the reports anywhere in the world.
• Can be used on-site on Android or iOS.
• All inspected assets are plotted on a GIS platform with an accuracy of up to 500mm.
